Take the chill off this winter with a mug of mulled Prairie Berry wine. Our mulling spice features a warming blend of dried orange peels, allspice, cinnamon and cloves.

Mulling Spice

Mulled Wine

  • 1 bottle Prairie Berry wine
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons Prairie Berry Mulling Spice
  • 1-2 orange segments

Combine ingredients in pan. For easy serving, put the mulling spice in a tea ball. Heat on medium until hot, but do NOT boil. Reduce heat to medium low and mull for 20-30 minutes. Strain (or remove the tea ball) and serve. Enjoy!

NOTE: Do not leave the mulling spice in the wine for more than 30 minutes, as the flavor will become too strong.
