Euro-Deli Staff
Seasonal positions: 3-5 days a week. Must be at least 21 years of age. An interest in wine is necessary, but we will train you about our wines. Past food service experience is welcome, but not necessary.
Duties may include serving and describing wine and food for customers, light food preparation, clearing tables, taking orders, cleaning, stocking, ringing up sales, receiving inventory, checking IDs, etc. A good attitude toward teamwork, authority, working with the public and working summer holidays is a must. If you truly enjoy helping people, you will be great!
Summer Tasting Room hours for 2008 are planned to be 9 a.m. - 7 p.m., Mon. - Sat. plus Sunday noon - 5 p.m.
Summer employment does not ensure hours into the fall and/or winter, although PLEASE let us know if you would be available through Sept. 30 or later.
Base Pay: Position starts at $8 per hour.
Training Raise: After successful completion of wine training, you will receive a $1 per hour raise.
End-of-season bonus: Work through Aug. 11 and receive a $1 per hour end-of-season bonus. Work from Aug. 12 through Sept. 30 and receive a $2 per hour bonus. Bonuses are payable with your final paycheck or in the first October payroll, which ever comes first.
